PROJECT DESIGNER (SAN DIEGO OFFICE)Job Status: Full Time Position Starting Wage / Pay: Commensurate with experience Prerequisites: A minimum of 10 years in the design of retail/commercial building and site planning projects with strong hand and computer graphic skills. Experience with senior housing and/or hospitality projects a plus. AutoCAD knowledge preferred. Description of Duties: The applicant will be working with the Senior Designer and Project Principal in the planning and design process. He or she will be responsible for preparation of presentation drawings and renderings as well as participating in the client and governmental review process. SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - RETAIL/MIXED USEJob Status: Full Time Position Starting Wage/Pay: Commensurate with experience Prerequisites: A minimum 8-10 yrs retail/commercial or mixed-use experience. Strong management & communications skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD & Microsoft Office programs. Licensed Architect Required. Description of Duties: The ideal candidate has demonstrated their mastery of managing large-scale projects and design teams including multidisciplinary consultants; has examples of managing projects within established scopes, schedules, and hourly budgets; excellent technical knowledge of building systems and ability to provide direction and mentorship to junior staff. Construction Administration experience is a plus. Understands the Architect's role in the development process and is able to work closely with, and establish a trusting relationship with developer-clients. SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - EDUCATIONJob Status: Full Time Position Starting Wage/Pay: Commensurate with experience Prerequisites: A minimum 8-10 yrs community college or K - 12 education experience. Strong management & communications skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD & Microsoft Office programs. Licensed Architect Required. Experience with DSA procedures and processing is essential Knowledge of CDE regulations and OPSC and Community College Chancellor's Office funding processes as a plus. Description of Duties: The ideal candidate has demonstrated their mastery of education projects and design teams including multidisciplinary consultants; has examples of managing projects within established scopes, schedules, and budgets; excellent technical knowledge of building systems and ability to provide direction and mentorship to junior staff. Construction Administration experience is a plus. Experienced in working directly with education clients in a programming and design capacity. |
