Bill Headley, RA, Principal / Director of Operations -SD
Bill attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Hudson Valley College in New York before joining SGPA in 1986.
As Director of Operations for the San Diego office, he is responsible for planning and directing office operations, as well as overviewing management, supervising production and quality assurance activities for the entire firm.
Bill is licensed to practice Architecture in California and has almost 32 years of architectural experience in project management, governmental processing, specifications writing and construction administration.
