Refinement will be made to complement the existing beauty of the current buildings, as well as electrical and structural enhancements. Major system upgrades, added accessibility via two new elevators and upgrades throughout, building efficiency upgrades, and new interior fixtures and finishes throughout Academic and Residential spaces are included.
