We’d like to share a recent news article about SGPA!
On Tuesday, UT San Diego announced that Trader Joe’s will anchor the highly-anticipated South Campus Plaza, one of SGPA’s latest projects. Over 600 San Diego State University students will live, dine, and shop at this new mixed-use student housing and retail development that we designed with SVA Architects and is being built by Sundt.
As an established firm with retail as our backbone, SGPA has been at the forefront of retail on campus and retail with mixed-use combinations. Reg Kobzi, CBRE broker for South Campus Plaza, was quoted in the article: “If you travel around the country and look at college campuses, you see those universities with some really good retail activity, and that’s what we’re finding.”
