As part of its vision for 2040, the City of San Jose is planning to improve its commercial–residential balance with a series of urban villages: active, walkable, bicycle-friendly, transit-oriented, mixed-use settings for new housing and job growth. 777 is the first phase of the West San Carlos development, with four stories of residences above a one-story podium garage and café.

Residents relax in the multiple community terraces above the garage podium and enjoy panoramic views from the rooftop sky terrace and lounge. The multifamily project offers 149 apartments (studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom) and 157 parking spaces.

The project directly connects to the redeveloped West San Carlos retail corridor with a small cafe. Neighborhood features include SAP Center, home of the San Jose Sharks, and Diridon Station, the city’s largest multi-modal transportation hub. In the same urban village, SGPA is also working on the 740 West San Carlos project.
